<li>Be cognisent of the product life cycle and its implications to Hotel and Catering.</li>

<li>Use an organisational buyer behavioural model to market conferences and events.</li>
<li>Deploy marketing mix tools (including price, distribution and communication management) to a given situation.</li>
<li>Compile a market plan.</li>
