The course covers all principles of large business management. I learn business (some legal, simple accounting) as well how to easy establish a good hospitality business. I will learn how to price menu, business costs analytic techniques, use ratios to understand them. I will also study interesting marketing concepts, secrets of branding strategies to promote business success. I’m analysing organisations, learn how to sack staff, lay off job as well as emloy someone. For the last project I will make a great feasibility study of a big business that I may wish to build in the future.
The computing component will teach me to learn how to confidently use a computer in a hospitality business. I’m studing Microsoft Excel, Word and Access. Well never thought that it is so difficult.
