<p>To help students attain the Advanced level of written English in order to be able to participate in undergraduate courses at a university. It is to improve and develop students’ general reading and writing skills· to widen students’ vocabulary range and improve their mastery of grammatical structures and functions in English. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The course covers all principles of large business management. I learn business (some legal, simple accounting) as well how to easy establish a good hospitality business. I will learn how to price menu, business costs analytic techniques, use ratios to understand them.<span id="more-13"></span> I will also study interesting marketing concepts, secrets of branding strategies to promote business success. I&#8217;m analysing organisations, learn how to sack staff, lay off job as well as emloy someone. For the last project I will make a great feasibility study of a big business that I may wish to build in the future.</p>
<p>The computing component will teach me to learn how to confidently use a computer in a hospitality business. I&#8217;m studing Microsoft Excel, Word and Access. Well never thought that it is so difficult.</p>
